Some of you in Oz may know Doug Smythe – a young bloke working and studying with the Bapos in Perth.? I met him when helping him out with a unit he was teaching for young interns.? He’ll be here in an hour or so to spend three days with us in The Crowded House.? He’s on the way from Leeds where he spent this morning at a mega-church run by a bloke called Paul Scanlon – Abundant Life Ministries.? I checked their site and all I can say is that he’s in for a different experience at Tim Chester’s Abbey household congregation tonight!
